ELEVEN-YEAR-OLD SONYA
Jeyaseelan of North Vancouver
scored an upset victory in the
under-16 event at a UBC tennis
tournament recently and clinched
top spot in the national under-14
national championships now on in
Calgary. ;

Jeyascelan defeated ‘silm Frost

of Vancouver: in a three-set match
lasting over two hours.

Jeyaseelan won the first set casily
6-1 and was leading the second set
