Heroin haul NORTH VANCOUVER RCMP have netted $370,000 worth of heroin following a three-month investigation of a heroin: trafficking organization in North Vancouver. ‘ Vancouver resident, Dow Ming Chow, 22. is chi arged with six counts of trafficking heroin. Chow appeared in North Vancouver provincial court on July 31. Judge Jerome Paradis released Chow on $5,000 bail. He faces additional charges, including one count of traf- ficking speed and five counts of possessing the proceeds of crime in connection with the case, said Spt. Rick Winslow, head of the North Vancouver RCMP drug squad section.
