They’re mixed quickly by hand and are almost as fast to make from scratch as they are from a mix. Start by combining the dry in- gredients. You can substitute coarse grains for part of the all- purpose fiour. Whole wheat flour, cornmeal, wheat germ, and oatmeal are flavorsome and healthy additions that make a hearty pancake.
