Refrigerate three hours. Gently spray with an oil spray. Roll out the bottom pastry about 1/8” thick, Place into pic plate. Leave a little overhang on the sides. Wash the berries well — pat them dry. Mix together the cornstarch and the sugar. Add the berries, toss and mix well. Spoon evenly into the pic plate. Roll out top, brusti edges with egg wash. Cover pic with lid. Seal by pressing the edges. Brush top with egg wash, make slits in the top crust, to allow the swam to escape. Bake in a preheat- ed oven at 450 F for 10 min- utes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake for about 45 minutes. Do the baking on the middle rack of your oven.
