BC Transit cop charge

THE BOYFRIEND of a miss-
ing North Vancouver woman
was arrested on Wednesday in
Surrey in connection with a
charge of possessing a restrict-
ed weapon.

Brock Joseph Graham, 34, of
Surrey, is scheduled to appear in
Surrey provincial court on March 2.

Graham's girlfriend, Lynn
Duggan, 34, went missing from her
apartment at 705-1415 Si. Georges
Ave. some time after 10 p.m. on
June 16, 1993,

At the onset of the investigation
of Duggan’s disappearance. North
Vancouver RCMP Staff Sgt. Ron
Babcock said the police believed
Duggan was murdered.

Said Babcock on Friday, “There
are no new developments (in the
investigation), This is an active
case.”

Graham is a former Vancouver
City Police officer. He quit the
department in 1990, He is presently
on leave from a security job with
B.C. Transit.
