Hans Marcel Tancre, no age given, was found guilty of the charge stemming from a July 18 incident in the 200 block of Stevens Drive in West Vancouver. The charge reiated to a municipal bylaw infraction. Judge Reginald Grandison fined Tancre in West Van- couver provincial court on Nov. 15. A 19-YEAR-OLD West Van- couver man was recently sentenced to 12 days jail time in connection with charges of possessing stolen frozen food, stealing coins, wilfully damaging a car, and assault.
