Before Judge Doug Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Nov. 1: Vince Mario Macri, 33, of North Vancouver, was fined $300 after he pleaded guilty to driving May 14 on Inglewood Avenue in West Vancouver without a driver’s licence. Before Judge Doug Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 31: Charles John Perkins, 43, of North Vancouver, received a suspended sentence and was plac- ed on probation for six months after he pleaded guilty to stealing a tuler from London Drugs on July 19, As a condition of probation, Perkins was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service.
