FIVE PUPPIES were stolen from
the back yard of a North Van-
couver home.

The puppies are Cockapoos — a
cross between a Cocker Spaniel
and Poodle — and valued at ap-
proximately $1,200.

North Vancouver RCMP said
the theft happened April 12 near
St. Georges and Keith Road.

A BENCH warrant was issued
April 14 for the arrest of a 36-
year-old North Vancouver man
after he failed to appear in North
Vancouver provincial court on
three drug-related charges.

Enrique Henry Galan Sanchez
was originally charged with one
count of trafficking in cannabis
resin in connection with an alleged
Dec. 13 drug sale.

Sanchez was further charged
with trafficking in cannabis and
cannabis resin in connection with a
Dec. 22 drug seizure.
