Kinsmen roots run deep NORTH SHORE residents have been a driving force for the Kinsmen Mothers’ March and. the Kinsmen Rehabilitation Foundation for over 50 years. In. 1948, after having a polio scare in his own home, West Vancouver resident Bruce Grey decided to join the Kinsmen Club of Vancouver and fight polio. Grey became an untiring leader in raising money to help polio victims and for- mulated the idea of having a door- ‘to-door ‘campaign called the Kinsmen Mothers’ March. Working with the volunteers of the Kinsmen Club of Vancouver, Grey founded the Kinsmen Rehabilitation Foundation and became it's first president in 1952, Since then, the Mothers’ March has been going strong and has raised millions to help people with physi- cal disabilities, The Kinsmen and Kinette clubs of the North Shore have been instru- mental in many of these fundraising activities. Originally there were seven North Shore clubs: these clubs became active in the 1940s and raised the most money in Canada during World War Two for the Milk For Britian Campaign. Since then, the clubs have worked to raise money for many local initiatives including, the Kinsmen Mothers’ March, the North Shore Kin Stadium, the first public outdoor pool ia North Vancouver, the North Shore Disability Resource Centre, the: annual Seniors Christmas Dinner and many other projects that assist disabled and non-disabled people living in North and West Vancouver. Today, the Kinsmen Club of the North Shore remains very active as the one remaining Kin Club on the North Shore. ih ietate smoothing system unlike any other, incorporates the HIGHEST content. of ALPHA = =HYDROXY = ACIDS (AHAs) available with PROTECTIVE ANTIOXIDANT VITAMINS, LIPOSOMES, PHOSPHOUPIDS, SOOTHING BOTANICAL EXTRACTS, ENZYMES & OTHER MICRO/MACRO SKIN NUTRIENTS : These breakthrough formulations encourage an intensified skin transformation - 4 help repair sun-damaged skin ‘A refine pores and rejuvenate appearance A diminish fine lines and acne scars & increase skin resilience and suppleness 4 teplenish the complexion in a micro/macro nutrient-rich environment A help pratect skin from environmental stressers SUITABLE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES * pti BALANCED © FRAGRANCE FREE * NON-COMEDOGENIC © NON-PHOTOSENSITIZING QUANTUM HYDROX SKIN SPA. | INTENSIVE CARE ~- UNSURPASSED RESULTS Tus FAR LIFE HAS PRESENTED SUCCESSIVE OPPORTUNITIES AND FEW LIMITATIONS.
