should be your first consideration when planning a
basement living space. This is an area that you want to
be comfortable for entertaining in the winter months.
Good circulation is a must to get the best from your
forced air furnace. You should have cold air returns to
the furnace from central locations along with a two
speed furnace blower fan. This will add to the efficiency
of your heating system by keeping room temperatures
circulating within the duct system.
