According, to the North Vancouver RCMP, a resident con- fronted two suspicious men in a neighbor’s yard near the 600- block of West 15th Stree at 11:30 a.m. The police were called. It turned out that young Gabby was a natur- al. But 12 years and countless pageants later, Petivoky’s latest crown is no more.
