2. Northlands Golf Course Park Dedication Bylaw

The following provides a synopsis of the Park
Dedication Bylaw question included on the ballot and is
not an interpretation of the bylaw.

Council is secking the assent of the electors to adopt
‘the dedication bylaw which would dedicate the
Northlands Golf Course parce! of land for ihe following
public purpose:

a) a municipal public golf course; and

b) a public park.

The Northlands Golf Course Park Dedication Bylaw
has been given third reading by Council and would be
considered for final adoption after the election.
