The ministry will make its deci- sions based on advice from its con- sultants, the Technical Support Group (TSG), the Community Focus Group (CFG) and the Agency Liaison Committee (ALC). Two of the key consultants are N.D. Lea president Peter Hyslop and Peter Buckland of Buckland & Taylor. N.D. Lea Associates put together the corridor choices to be explored by the CFG and ALC. Hyslop sits on the ALC, the TSG and the bridge and tunnel panels. Choices Consideration Pratiminary Engineering} [Bata Besign } 7 Buckland sits on the TSG and ae, has five bridge proposals currently being considered. The TSG advises ‘both the ministry and the CFG on engineering aspects of proposed options. Its members have access to ministry resources, including con- sultants.
