Exercise for seniors

NORTH SHORE Neighbourhood
House (NSNH) is offering a
seniors’ chair exercise program for
people aged 55 and older. The
program offers participants mild
exercises and encourages en-
thusiasm.

Fitness leader Eleonora Krogh
earned her instructors certificate
at Capilano College, and orga-

nizers say they are very proud to
have her conduct the classes.

People are invited to join in the
fun on Tuesdays and Fridays from
{1} a.m. te noon. The fee is $6 for
three months or 50 cents per
drop-in visit.
