AcrobiKIDS, an exercise class for
preschool age children, is back by
popular demand starting Saturday,
July 30, at 9 a.m. at the West
Vancouver YMCA.

Iv’s a fun class, a little on the sil-
ly side, but a positive step towards
a healthy lifestyle.

Although the class consists of
basic fitness, warm-up, aerobic,
floor exercises and cooldown
components, the main emphasis is
on having fun in a social situation,
wellness of spirit, mind, and body.

Interest in AerobiKIDS has been
overwhelming, and, to keep the
program a success, the number of
