the B.C. Heart. Foundation’s promotion of skipping for physical
fitness in British Columbian schools. Lonsdale Elementary and Sher-
wood Park Elementary were recently presented with an Outstanding
Award honor by the Heart Foundation for the schools’ participation
in the Jump Rope for Heart program., ;
