vations of Jim's life. Jim has
been my mentor and father fig-
ure for all of my adult lite and t

ing each other onty once or twice

elor no more. The newlyweds de-
cided to settle in Vancouver. Jim
fanaed a job at Bow Mac uni!
they closed and then onto sever-
ai more dealers. for over 45
years ending at Carter. Tha man
himself was the pillar of honesty
{a tongue in cheek when associ-
ated with car salesman), straight
forward, loyalty to his emptcyer
and family was second nature to
him, caring, compassionate & pa-
tient. Loving to his partner of 40
years and by example his devo-
tion through sickness and health
on a daily basis to my mother
who resides at Evergreen nurs-
ing home, his last visit being the
Friday before his death, tnat took
ail the energy he had. His stead-
fast conviction is his lagacy to
me and ( hope to all that knew
