the teams taking part in the Hoth Annual Clam Chowder Cook-
off were telling me last Sunday afternoon, North Vancouver's
Watertront Park was full of pot pans as participants cooked
up all Kinds of concoctions in search of tirst prize. Also part of
the annual event was the recveled boatbuilding race © here brave
seafaring souls took to the water in homentade boats. Still,
something fishy was up and Twas determined to find out what
it was, Check out some of the surprising culinary secrets for suc-
cess as fisted below. Congratulations to all the winners pictured
here and to the Clam Babes who won the Open and People’s
Choice categories.
