pleaded guilty to assaulting a
man with a weapon on Sept.
25, 1998 in West Vancouv

"The jail sentence wa:

arrest. Flickinger was required
to pay $400 restitution. A
probation term order states
that Flickinger does “not ride
in any taxi cabs.”
