Minutes before, Brar, driving a loaded flatbed tractor trailer, had hit the man’s retain- ing wall in the 6500-block of Marine Drive. The crash caused $650 worth of damage. After Brar turned his rig around, the truck- er surprised the property owner by driving right past him without stopping and out of West Vancouver.
