While final adoption of the bylaw is not expected until Monday, May 17, West Vancouver is proceeding with the construction of street signs that will: ® prohibit truck parking between midnight and 6 a.m.; © establish resident parking zones; © increase parking penalties for non-residents parking in the restricted areas; ® permit issuance of additional tickets for each successive cay an offence continues. That setup was to be reviewed after one year. The district was also to ‘pursue the necessary arrangements to establish a secondary French im- mersion program at Seycove sec- ondary school,”’ ' But the NVSB has removed the / one-year review clause to make ' the decision more permanent.
