FITNESS CLASSES

Instructors improve technique

MEN AND women who have finished their Fitness
Instructor Theory Class and would like to work on
their teaching technique are invited to enrol in a 15-
hour Fitness Instructors Practical Course.

Offered by the North Vancouver YMCA, the course
helps participants create their own choreography and
style using a very basic movement variation method-
ology.

Video analysis will allow participants to have a

thorough look at their presentation styles.

The program runs five Mondays starting March 5,

from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fee is $100 for non-members
and $55 for members. The North Vancouver YMCA
is located at 440 Hendry Ave. For further information
