LePage Survey of Canadian
House Prices released
recently, buyer demand in
Vancouver remains healthy
and house prices are up 10 to
20 per cent in the past year
for most categories of hous-
ing. In contrast, smaller cen-
tres in the province are sec-
ing much more stable market
