“WIN YOUR WAY ACROSS THE PACIFIC” travel contest is open to ali adults,

“49 years of age or older, except NORTH SHORE NEWS amployees and their im-

mediate families. However, tose who act as newspaper carriers tor the NORTH
SHORE NEWS and their families are eligible.

. Entries must be made on official entry forms available at the business premises

of participating business operations or clipped from the North Shore News. No
mechanical! reproductions are allowed.

. Allentries must be signed by the person whose name appears on the entry form.

if an entry drawn for a prize is not signed it will be declared nuit and void.

. Only one entry per person per visit to a participating store or office.
. Prizes must be taken as awarded on ‘seat availability’ basis, as dictated by the

airlines, involved with the contest. Travel must be completed by March 31, 1987.
However, the tours and travel arrangements may be extended or changed upon
negotiation and payment of any additional charges brought about by such changes
as the winner may wish to negotiate with the West Vancouver office of Intra-Hagen,
1425 Marine Drive, the travel agent making the arrangements for this contest.

. The contest begins September 10, 1986 and closes October 22, 1986. The draw

will be held October 24, 1986. The two winners will be notified at the earliest possi-
ble moment and the names o! the winners will be announced in the earliest possi-
ble issue of the NORTH SHORE NEWS.

. Winners must agree to pose for pictures and be available on a ‘no fee’ basis,

for any promotional! purposes deemed necesssary by the NORTH SHORE NEWS.

. The first signed entry drawn that fulfills correctly the conditions of this contest

will be declared ihe First Prize Winner. That person will have the choice of a tour
trom Vancouver to Hong Kong or New Zealand for two persons sharing accom-
modations, The second properly signed entry drawn that fuitills correctly the con-
ditions of this contest will be declared the Second Prize Winner. That person will
receive either the tour to Hong Kong or to New Zealand: the tour NOT chosen
by tne First Prize Winner. HOWEVER, the winner of the {rrst prize and his im-
mediate family are not eligitie for the second prize. Additional entries may be
drawn if einer one of the first two entres drawn is ineligible for the prizes or those
persons Cannot be contacied by the NORTH SHORE NEWS within seven days
of the draw

Airlines used for the tours are Cathay Pacitic to Hong Kong and Air New Zealand
to New Zealand. The tour to Hong Kong includes return airfare, hotel accommoda-
trons, sightseeing and other services as described in Tour No. 1, Class ‘C’ category
of the Discovery Tours ‘86/87 brochure. The tour in New Zealand includes return
artare by At New Zealand. Land arrangements ot hotels. bus sightseeing tour
and other services are Supphed py Guthreys New Zealand Tours, as described
in Guthreys Happy Wonderland Tour in Guthrey’s brochure 1986/1987.

Not included in prizes are airport taxes. insurance and any other charges not in-
cluded in the above named packages.

Selected winners will be reautred to correctly answer a time-limited skitl-testing
question. :
