LePage Limited. “As of September 30, the survey, which covered more than 30 municipalities across Brush Columbia, showed that there was an upward trend in all markets making the province's real estate market uniformly healthy compared to the same time last year,” said Julian Merry, national manager of A.E. LePage's Coast to Coast Real Estate Service. SMALL CITIES PERFORMING WELL “Smaller cities outside of Greater Vancouver per- formed very well dumng the 3 : + last three months,” he said. “with places such as Vernon -and Duncan becoming seller's markets due to in- creased demand.” In Victoria, excellent house sales were reported in every price range especially in the medium and higher price categories. In the medium price bracket, homes, selling for between $65,000 and $95,000 in last year’s third quarter, in- creased to between $80,000 and = $130,000 this year.
