THE 1993 Spring BC Home &
Garden Show is pleased to wel-
come some furry friends from the
Vancouver Game Farm.

A number of prominent local
artists will be making an appear-
ance in the Nature’s Window
booth at the show (Section 12,
Field Level) on Saturday, Feb. 27
to sketch or paint two live tiger
cubs visiting from the Vancouver
Game Farm.

From 2 to 4:30 p.m. and again
from 6:30 co 9 p.m. you will be
able to watch these talented indi-
viduals put their images on paper
and canvas and then receive an
opportunity to bid on the works
in a silent auction.

As soon as their work is done it
will be put on display and you will
have a chance to submit a bid. All
proceeds from the silent auction
will go to the CKNW Orphans’
Fund. The artists confirmed so far
are Luke Raffin, Brent Heightoa
and Liz Mitten-Ryan.
