achievements both in the
classroom and on the track.

Currently attending Capilano
College, the 18-year-old Hands-
worth graduate earned gold
medals in the 110 and 400 metre
hurdles at the B.C. high school

He is also honing his 400 metre
skills for the Western Canad:
Summer Games, the Canadian
Juniors, and the Pan-American
Juniors in Sherbrooke, Quebec
next summer.
