In a department store, there are many impulse-buying items on the first floor, especially near escalators and elevators. Learn to have a purpose when you’re in a store and you won't be so tempted. If you buy something you don’t need or won’t use, it’s no bargain no matter how cheap it is. eJ'll diet into it. Never buy something that is too small and think you'll lose weight. Chances are whatever you buy will just end up hanging in your closet.
