CARING AND EMPATHIC
DRIVERS needed to transport pa-
tients to and from their homes for
treatment at a local or Vancouver
cancer clinic. The volunteer must
have an understanding and sup-
portive attitude.

GRAPHIC ARTIST needed
immediately for design and layout
of a simple fall brochure for a
volunteer agency.

DANCE FOUNDATION is {

looking for a person interested in
becoming a board member. If you
are interested in dance und have

WRITERS. A friendly artistic
person with good writing skills is
required to research and write a
monthly newsletter for a senior cit-
izens’ centre. The newsletter is

from 15 to 25 pages long and is 3

published at the end of every
month,

FITNESS LEADER OR
ASSISTANT with innovative
ideas, exercise knowledge and
plenty of energy is needed by a
senior citizens’ lodge. If you have
fitness experience and are interest-
ed in creating an exercise program
that will appeal to seniors call us
today. Time commitment is Mon-
day to Friday from 9:30 to 10:30
a.m. West Van location.

FRIENDLY OUTGOING
VOLUNTEERS wanted to par-
ticipate in a children’s hospital
community day program. Volun-
teers are needed to set up on
Saturday, Sept. 10 and on Sunday,
Sept. U1 for ticket and food sales,
front gate attendants, etc. Orienta-
tion provided and admission and
lunch is free to all volunteers. A
minimum four hour commitment
is necessary.
