But why not make a go of what’s there?’’ Future plans will see Bor- sholt’ retiring from com- petitive swimming at the end of the year. She is currently taking a business degree at UBC and plans to make the discipline her longterm career. Reflecting on her swimm- ing career, Borsholt says the 1984. Olympics, her final goal, represent a final honor in the demanding sport. “It's im some ways a reward for all the hours you've put into at.
