Orange Toss.
EGG AND ORANGE
TOSS -

4 cups cubed, cooked
chicken or turkey IL

eating. Cal-Mex is the gringo
version of food below the
border, but the Sensual gusto
isn’t watered down.

To give you a chance to a
head start on enjoyment,
here are a couple of Cal-Mex
sauces, both doctored a bit
from the fattening originals,
to try as a change from your
regular barbecue and baking
sauces. '

The first one, a Modified
Mole, has a surprise ingre-
dient that you shouldn't
leave out. Try it on your next
spare rib supper, or with
hamburgers or meat loaf.
You need:

-18-0z. can of tomato
sauce (225g)
% cup of water (60mL)

1-2 tbsp. chili powder
_ (15-30mL)
