Budrudin Parpia, in his 50’s, who presently operates Lo-Cost-Rent-A-Car, 1835 Marine Drive, N.V., has been accused of falsifying an invoice which led ICBC to pay a bill in excess of the legal amount. The offence allegedly occurred in 1976 when Parpia was operating a franchise of the well known **Host-Rent-A-Car.’’ The accused has since operated as an independent under the name ‘‘Lo-Cost.’’ Investigation by Fred Bodnaruk, former NV RCMP chief of general investiga- allegedly rented a u-drive to an ICBC client for less than 10 days but sent the corporation a bill for 30 days’ ramtal EWVLILGI.
