to the promised land of din-
ing.

After 2% years on the
Edgemont strip, Village
Bistro Boys Joe Perri, Shawn
Perger, Sam Kang and chef
Steve Myddleton) have deter-
mined that they need some
growing room.

The 50-seat bistro is just
not big cnough to contain
the growing numbers of
Bistro faithful.

Thus the need for more
expansive dining pastures.

They think they have
found those pastures in West
Vancouver in the second-
storey digs currently occupied
by Mark Sager’s Infusion
restaurant and previously
occupied by Ciau Mein, the .
Granite Cafe, the King’s Fare
fish and chippery, and previ-
ous to all of the above: La
Belle Sole.

A challenging location in
which to mine restaurant

But if that reality is a con-
cern, the Bistro Boys are not
betraying any.
