The Keds blue fabel, located at the heel of the shoe, could sepa- rate and be swallowed by an in- fant, possibly causing serious in- jury or death. If the blue label can be easily removed from the heel, parents are urged to do so until such time as the shoes are returned to the store. In addition to a replacement or refund, Keds will donate one dollar to the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada for each pair returned by consumers. The shoes come in three styles: JUMP (high lace), HOP (mid Jace), and SKIP (mid velcro). The sole design features jumbled tri- angles, squares, and circles and comes in six different colors.
