a North Vancouver home.

“I had never heard of a
North Shore paper called the

Review,”’ said Harrison as
he turned the paper over tothe
News for a look.

Not many others have
either, apparently, but the
old newspaper has raised
some eyebrows.

The advertisements draw
the most comment. One for

of Palmolive soap for 23
cents, a seven-pound sack of
Featherlite Pastry Flour for
25 cents and nine-cent-a-tin
tuna.

The long run referred to
above was between the peak
of Dam’s Mountain
downward to Whistler Pass
on Grouse Mountain, a drop
of over 2500 feet to ‘‘test the
skill of the best of skiers’’.
