Gone are the big, shapeless dresses; curves and ruffles, shapes and style are back. A fashion show at the Mandarin Hotel's Clipper Lounge recently showcased fashions by Booiman Schueler Design. Left, Ruth relaxes in a cocktail dress featuring pewter sequins, lace and white taf- feta ruffles and peplum. The skirt is black velvet. Susanna, right, wears a floor length black bias cut dress highlighted with black paisley lace. The cocktail dress is again featured, buttom Jeft, with Marth in the peplum dress, this time with a silver dot velvet and black taffeta. And Patty, bottom right, brings new meaning to the word elegant in a cross-over blouse of silk charmeuse topped off with a raglan sleeve jacket with a shaw! collar.
