and July 1981 are. being
brought by .the federal
Department of Fisheries.and
Oceans.

Fisheries allege that on
seven of the dates leachate
originating from the Premier
Street landfill was allowed to
seep from a culvert into the
creek.

The eighth charge relates
to an instance when work
