Worcestershire sauce Pastry Cut kidneys in small cubes, cover with cold water and bring to boil. Drain and cool. Cut round steak into 1'A in. cubes. Brown beef in hot oil. Remove beef. Add % tsp. dry mustard ‘A tsp. tarragon dash nutmeg 10 oz. spinach, cooked and drained ’% cup crumbled feta cheese chopped, Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat eggs until blended and mix in yogurt, milk, salt, mustard, tarragon, nutmeg, spinach and feta. Spoon mto pastry-lined tart tins. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, until set. Makes18 quiche tarts. Blend flour, salt and pepper into vegetables. Stir in broth, wine, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until mixture boils. Add kidney and steak cubes. Add a second layer of crackers. In a bowl, beat eggs; add basil, minced onion and red pepper sauce. Add milk while still beating. Pour mixture over crackers, ham and cheese in baking pan. Cover and tet stand in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. When standing time is complete, melt butter and pour over top of cassserole. Cover with crushed cornflakes. Bake, un- covered, for one hour at 350 F. Let stand? 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. for:colder months top. Bake in 425 degree oven 2S to 30 minutes or until pastry is brown. Makes 6 servings. Pastry: Combine 2 cups flour with | tsp. salt. Cut in 2/3 cup shortening into flour with pastry blender. Add 1/3 cup cold water to make stiff dough. Divide pastry into 6 balls.
