Caster found guilty of gun possession A former North Vancouver resident who is serving a life sentence for first degree murder received a concurrent 18 months in jail on July 5 on a gun charge. In February 1999, Michacl Caster, 22, was tound guilty of shooting Mohammad Mirhadi at close range in a crowded North Vancouver movie theatre. The planned murder took place on Feb. 28, 1997.
