scalding case

A MARCH IS preliminary hearing
has been set in North Vancouver
provincial court for a 41-year-old
Vancouver doctor charged with
assault causing bodily harm.

Dr. fan Fraser Sanderson was
originally charged in connection
with a Nov. 9, 1988 incident in
which a 20-year-old male was
alleged to have been scalded with
hot water.

The male suffered second and
third degree burns to the face,
hands and shoulders and was forc-
ed to miss one month of work.
