All Zuppas were $2.50 and all bore the refreshing ear- marks of inspired kitchen craft and fresh ingredients. In the capable hands of a Chianti Reserva Ducale ($15.60), taste buds marched into Spaghetti Alla Norma ($6.95). Both were delicious veal dishes, the first presented in a marsala wine sauce, the second in a wild mushroom and cream saute. .
