THE North Vancouver
RCMP are trving to
locate the owners of
stolen property recov-
ered in January ina
basement suite in
Upper Lonsdale.

The property was seized
after a0 search warrant) was
used to enter a suite in the
100-block of Rocklin,

According to the North
Vancouver RCMP, thousands
of dollars worth of stolen
property was found in’ the
Dasemient suite.

Police believe a group of
teenagers under the age of 18
were hiding stolen property
from a series of burglaries.
The stolen goods were kepr at
the suite until they were sold.
The basement suite was dis-
covered after a burglary com-
plaint last month fed to the
recovery of a stolen vehicle
used in the break and enter.

Police sav “much” of rhe
stolen property in the suite
has been returned to its own-
ers. The investigations contin-
ues.
