Course:

Swim — 740m pool swim (20 lengths of 37m pool in double-
wide lanes, 15 people per iane, swim in counter-clockwise
direction. Heats will be seeded according to estimated swim
times.) ;

Cycle — 13km (3 loop course on Mount Seymour Parkway,
between Berkley Road and Indian River Drive.)

Run — 5 km (on trails and residential streets around recCentre)

Kid’s Tri — 225m swim (6 lengths of pool)
6km cycle
1.5km run
