Ten-foot-high beach-babe
murals, indeed! Persian restaurants
serving pizza and pasta and salads
made up of half onions and whole
radishes, tiki bars, near-French
bistros, quasi-Thai cuisine and just
ahout every combination of food
and management known to man.
Get serious, folks.

Little wonder that the average
passer-by merely shook his head
and kept on passing by.

Jochen Voss, however, just
might have the kind of no-
nonsense combination of honest
food and personality this corner
needs.
