The Seymour Heights Parent Teacher Association will accept all types of children’s merchandise on a consignment basis. Everything for ages birth to 15 years from winter clothing, baby equipment, designer wear, toys, sports wear and equipment and even Hal- loween costumes wil! be accepted for sale, space per- mitting. All clothing submitted must be in good-as-new condition, suitable for winter, clean and pressed. Items can be dropped off at the school gymnasium on Friday, Oct. 14 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 15 from 9 to 10 a.m. Seymour Heights elemen- tary school is located at 2640 Carnation St. in North Vancouver. Program aimed at learning problems CAPILANO COLLEGE will host a pilot program for parents of young adults with learning pro- blems. Called Letting Go, the eight- session course is designed for the parents of young people with lear- ning differences planning to enter post-secondary institutions. The course will run on Thursday evenings through October and November, beginning Oct. 6. Reg- istration is on Thursday, Oct. 6. The price is $40 for one, $65 for a couple.
