Learn to draw,
paint this fall

fall at Eagle Harbour Community
Centre is Painting with Acrstlics
and The Art of Drawing, both for
adults.

Page Hesselman, a West) Van-
couver artist, will be joining the
Eagle Harbour staff te teach both
of these programs. Hesselman has
studied and painted all over the
world and has recently been com-
missioned to do a major series of
gil paintings for an art gallery in
the San Francisco area.

The Painting With Acrylics class
will guide participants in how to
use materials and discover new
techniques. Beginners, intermediate

tools and paper textures, exploning
contour drawing approaches to
various exercises, and studying

nevative spaces and the use of

foreshortening.

This class runs Wednesdays to
Dec. 2 from noon to 3 p.m.
