courses and old favorites.

Growing and Cooking with
Herbs, a one-day workshop, looks
at how to zrow herbs and how ta
use them to enhance cooking.
Other cooking programs include
workshops on appetizers, salads,
ethnic and Japanese cuisine. New

tre offers cooking workshops on

tery workshops for school-age
children and adults.
