No date has been set as yet CHANGES TO over-- night parking restric-.: tions in Horseshoe Bay -: have been put on hold © for at least two weeks by West Vancouver coun- cil. By MARK O’REILLY At its regular mecting Monday, council decided to defer first reading of a pro- posed by-law change that deletes a section of the cur- rent by-law governing over- night parking in Horseshoe Bay. The change would make it ible for police to ticket any vehicle parked longer than —_— three hours , and tickets could be issued for any vehicle parked longer than 30 minutes between | a.m. and 6 a.m. any day.
