NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Van-
couver, pursuant to section 720 of the Municipal
Act of British Columbia, (RSBC, 1979), that a Public
Hearing will be held on MONDAY,
25TH, 1982, at 7:00 P.M.,

connection with the following amendment to the City
of North Vancouver Official Community Plan:

To amend Schedule “A” of the “City of North
Vancouver Community Plan by-law,
as amended,
redesignation of Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 163,
D.L. 271, Plan 760, tocated on the south side of the
200 Block West First Street, from a density of 1.8
floor space ratio and 3 storeys/16 metre vertical
contro! dimension to a density of 2.6 floor space
ratio and six storeys/23 metre vertical control
dimension, as controlled by the guidelines of
Character Area “F” in the sald Community Plan.

The purpose of the amending By-law is to permit
the development of the site, subject to rezoning of
the lands to a Comprehensive Development Zone
which will limit the height of the proposed structure
to four storeys and the density to 2.3 floor space _
