St. John’s hosts annual Sugar Plum Fair

AS CHRISTMAS draws
near, do visions of sugar
plums dance in your head?
The organizers of the St. John’s
Anglican Church Sugar Plum Fair
are hoping your answer is yes.
Members of the church are
holding the annual fair on Satur-
day, Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4
p.m in the Memorial Hall, 209

West

Items for sale will include
crafts, hhome-baked goods, attic
treasures, jewelry and books.

The festivities will include a
raffle, which will be held at the
end of the fair, for a hand-crafted
quilt. There will also be activities,
games and entertainment for
children.

available. ‘*St. John’s lunches and
teas are well known on the North
Shore. They are always well at-
tended because of the tasty
home-baked goods,’ says Jo
Dunlop, fair organizer.
